Noah's Ark Waterpark Inclement Weather Policy:

Don’t let the weather impact your visit. Below are the details of our weather policy:

Please note: our hours are subject to change. Please check out our social media pages and our website for weather updates. Please call Noah's Ark Waterpark if you would like to change your tickets ahead of time to a different date. 

 

  • Lightning and Thunder Policy:

    • If lightning is within a 10-mile radius or thunder is heard, for everyone’s safety all water park attractions will immediately close.
    • Guests must exit all pools and safely leave the entry stairs of slides/attractions.
    • Attractions will remain closed until the lightning is outside of a 10-mile radius and 20 minutes have passed since the last strike within the radius.
    • Indoor/covered food stands, arcades, and gift shops will remain open for shelter.
    • Guests are encouraged to seek shelter during inclement weather.
    • If slides/attractions have been closed for a combined 90 minutes or more throughout the day, a return voucher will be issued to all ticketed Guests (excludes Passholders and complimentary tickets). Guests must be present in the park at the 90-minute mark to receive their return ticket.

  • Rain Policy:

    • Noah's Ark Waterpark remains open in the rain
    • If lifeguards cannot see the bottom of a pool due to rain, the corresponding slide/attraction may temporarily close.
    • If it has rained for a cumulative total of 3 hours or more, a return voucher will be issued to all ticketed Guests (excludes Passholders and complimentary tickets). Guests must be present in the park at the 3-hour mark to receive their return ticket.

  • Operating Hours Changes:

    • Noah's Ark Waterpark operating hours may vary due to cooler temperatures and inclement weather.
    • Check the website and social media networks for the most up-to-date operating hours.
    • If operating hours change during the operating day, a return voucher will be issued to ticketed Guests at the revised closing time for Guests still inside park (excludes Passholders and complimentary tickets).

  • Return Voucher Policy:

    • Return vouchers will be valid for the remainder of the 2023 season if the weather-impacted visit occurs before July 15th.
    • For weather-impacted visits after July 15th, return vouchers will be valid for the remainder of the 2023 season and up to June 30th, 2024.
    • Return vouchers are non-transferable, not for resale, and must be used by the original ticketholder only.
    • Proof of purchase (ticket/wristband/receipt/e-receipt) must be presented to receive a return voucher.
    • Return vouchers will not be provided if the disturbance of operations occurs within the final hour before the park's regular closing time.
    • Only return vouchers are provided – cash or credit card refunds are not available.
